1. Opening Hours: Daily for bookings only.
2. Car Parking: Ample free parking available on site.
3. Accessibility: Yes the space is all on one level making the activity wheelchair accessible. Accessible toilets are nearby at the local Library.
4. What ages is this suitable for: 18months and over.
5. Do Parents Have to Join In: Yes, everyone who enters iis a participant. Children under 10 must be accompanied by a participating adult, so plan for some parents in your headcount.
6. Is there a minimum number to book a party: Yes, a minimum of 10 guests and a maximum of 20. Price $650 is for 10.
7. What do I need to bring: All participants must wear clothes to get messy in. No shoes are to be worn in the studio. All participants must bring a towel, spare change of clothes, wet bags and please consider wearing swimwear underneath as wash down afterwards is in a public area.

What’s included: 1 hour private studio session, glow jewellery making materials, your choice of messy surprise activity, giant 200cm paint palette and hundreds of tools, glow slide and glow swing, 500ml pouring paint bottle per participant, glowing bubbles finale, studio bath for cleanup, glow balloon and decoration-filled studio
9. What happens during the party? After the safety briefing, your group explores the glowing living room, bubble bathroom, garden slide room, potion kitchen and toy-filled bedroom, painting everything, including each other.
10. Do we get to choose the messy surprise?
11. Is there a host or entertainer? Staff run the safety briefing. The party itself is self-guided, with adults supervising the children in their care.
12.  Is there somewhere for cake and food?
13. Is there a shower afterwards? No. The Glow Wash Room has individual basins and cloths in a public area. Guests should wear swimmers underneath and bring a towel and a full change of clothes.
14. What should I tell guests to bring? Old clothes and shoes worn over swimwear, a full change of clothes, a towel and a wet bag.
15. Can non-participating parents or siblings wait inside? No. Non-participants drop off and return when the party finishes. Kawana Shoppingworld is right next door.

17. Is it wheelchair and mobility accessible? Floors become slippery during play. Companion Card holders book by phone on 0413 826 222.
18. Is the paint safe? Yes. The paint is non-toxic, water-based and kid-safe (Kadink and Mont Marte). Guests with sensitive skin, allergies or skin conditions should consider this before attending. 
19. Is it suitable during pregnancy or for someone with epilepsy? It’s not recommended, because of the slippery surfaces and UV lighting.

An adult must participate with child under 5. OVER 5’s DO NOT require an Adult to participate unless they have a medical plan. Extra Parents must book in to attend

Rescheduling

Please note we can only reschedule a session up to 24 hours before to start time of your session, after this it is counted as a session appearance and you can not reschedule.
