SPARK POP is your go-to for family fun! We make it simple to discover, book, and gift exciting kids’ activities and experiences across Australia — from wild adventures to creative workshops and everything in between.

Do I need an account to book?

While not required, creating a FREE account makes it easier to access your order details and track your bookings—all directly from the SMS confirmation.

How Do Reviews on SPARK POP work?

Reviews are one of the top ways parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles and carers decide if an experience is suitable for their family.

Your ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐rating and a sentence or two offering some insight into the suitability of the activity for you and your family, how you enjoyed, and/or any tips.

How to review on the site:

Step 1: Sign in to your account.
Step 2: Visit the experience product page
Step 3: Scroll down the page until you reach the REVIEWS heading and click.
Step 4: Enter the rating and your comments and press SUBMIT.

How Do I Create a SPARK POP Wishlist?

A Wishlist makes gift giving a breeze! How to start your own Wishlist on SPARK POP:

Step 1: Search experiences to find your favourites.
Step 2: When you find a favourite select your preferred options and select the ‘Heart‘, a pop-up message will appear asking if you want to ‘View Your Wishlist‘.
Step 3: Every product you add a ‘Heart’ to will then be found in your ‘Wishlist‘.
Step 4: You can then ‘Share‘ this via Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, WhatsApp, copy the link or Email to friends and family.
Step 5: Book or Gift from the ‘Wishlist’ by selecting ‘Add to Cart‘ and continue when ready.

Does SPARK POP offer a Price Match Guarantee?

Yes, we do! You can book with confidence knowing we offer a PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE on eligible experiences, which are ones SPARK POP works with directly. Matching promotional rates are subject to availability - prior notice is required.

Are all the experiences on SPARK POP bookable?

About 80% of experiences are bookable directly on SPARK POP. The others may be FREE, low-cost (with booking at the gate), or offered through affiliate partners.

What type of experiences can I find on SPARK POP?

You can find a range of experiences for babies through to teenagers. These cover activities, attractions, tours, live events, workshops, parties, and even short getaway experiences.

What locations does SPARK POP have experiences I can book?

You can search experiences in more than 35 locations around Australia, including cities and major regional areas.

GIFT CARDS

How can I send an E-Gift Card without an Email to send to?

When you select an E-Gift Card, set your Delivery Information with YOUR email address. Once you receive the email, select PRINT and select share via WhatsApp, Messages or FB Messenger to send to your recipient.

How long does processing of Gift Cards take?

Please allow 3-5 business days for the Gift Card Pack to arrive via standard Australia Post. Alternatively, you can send an E-Gift Card with the option to include an image and a message which will arrive instantly via email.

Can I buy E-Gift Cards in denominations other than $30, $50, & $100??

Yes you can! You can choose to set any amount from as little as $15.

What is the validity of the Gift Card?

A SPARK POP Gift Card has no expiry date.

Do I need to spend my gift card in one booking?

No, you are not required to spend your gift card in one transaction. You can choose how and when you want to spend your card balance on sparkpop.com.au. Any remaining balance after your transaction will stay on your card.

What age groups is the gift card suitable for?

SPARK POP Gift Cards are suitable for all ages with a wide range of things to do for pre-school, primary, tween and teen aged children and their families.

How do I check the value of the card?

The balance of your SPARK POP Gift Card or E-Gift Card can be checked anytime by entering your gift card code (number) in the space provided here.

What type of experiences is the gift card suitable for?

SPARK POP Gift Card or E-Gift Card can be used here on www.sparkpop.com.au for any eligible experiences (Gift Card Redeemable). This includes hundreds of activities, attractions, tours, and workshops around Australia.

PAYMENT

What is PlanPay?

PlanPay is a simple, interest-free way to spread the cost of your family experience. You can secure your booking today and pay it off in flexible instalments before you go — no hidden fees, no credit checks, just a stress-free way to plan ahead.

How can I book and pay for an experience with PlanPay?

Select Setup my PlanPay above, or email hello@sparkpop.com.au and request 'New PlanPay'. Setting up an account takes under 2 minutes. There are no credit checks because you’re using your own money. After this, configure your Plan, make the initial payment, and start looking forward to your experience.

How much does a plan cost?

The Plans cost is the total price divided into a deposit and regular payments based on your chosen schedule (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly). PlanPay doesn't charge extra fees for account creation, Plan setup, or payments.

How far in advance should I book to use PlanPay?

For a Plan, there's a minimum of two payments: the initial one and a scheduled payment. The gap between the final payment and the experience date is set by our partners. If a booking is too close to the experience date, PlanPay won't be an option at checkout.

Can I choose my payment dates?

Yes. Set up your Plan to pay weekly, fortnightly (Bi-weekly), or monthly. Pick the specific day to coincide with your pay cycle. Access your PlanPay account on our website to view all payment details.

Is there an upfront deposit?

A minimum deposit of $20 is required to commence your Plan.

What is PaySquad?

PaySquad makes shared gifting and group payments simple. You can start a PaySquad when you book and invite others to contribute towards the total — perfect for birthdays, celebrations, or when you’re planning a special day out together.

How many people can contribute with PaySquad?

You can invite as many people as you like to contribute to your gift.

What happens if the total amount is not reached?

If the total amount is not reached, the transaction will not be processed, and no funds will be collected.

Is there a fee for using PaySquad

There are no additional fees for using Group Gifting; you only pay for the experience and the contributions made by others.

Can I track contributions?

Yes, you can monitor the progress of your Group Gift and see how much has been contributed.
