Accessibility & suitability

We welcome foodies and sweet tooths of all ages and we’re really happy to work with you on any access needs you may have.

There are a few considerations you need to be aware of:

The tour requires a basic level of fitness.  The pace of the walking tour is relaxed.  Over three hours you’ll walk approx. 2.75 kilometers (1.7 miles).  There are one or two opportunities to sit down during the tour, but you need to be prepared to stand for periods of time.

There are toilets along the route.

Some of the pathways we follow are narrow and/or cobbled and there are stairs and inclines to navigate – therefore, if you need wheelchair access, we recommend contacting us in advance.

This walking tour may not be suitable for gluten free and coeliac as not all venues are able to provide gluten free options.  Traces of nuts and gluten may be present in all tastings. This tour is not suitable for vegans.
