About

Where the skies come alive with colour, joy, and wonder!

Look up! The sky above Pelican Park transforms into a canvas of colour as enormous inflatable creations and dazzling artistic kites dance high above the bay. At Redcliffe KiteFest, families are invited to spread out a picnic rug and be swept away by the magic of flight.

Across two big days, enjoy spectacular kite displays from world-class flyers, create your own masterpiece at kids’ kite-making workshops, and join in the fun at the public fly zone. With food trucks, plenty of open space, and free entry, it’s the ultimate family day out by the water.

It’s more than just a festival—it’s a joyful celebration of connection, community, and the wonder of the sky.

✨ Mark your calendars and get ready to let your imagination soar at Redcliffe KiteFest!
