Keeper Kids is Territory Wildlife Park's hands-on school holiday program where kids aged 8-12 shadow actual keepers and guides, learning how native animals are cared for, protected, and trained—not just observing animals from viewing areas, but seeing genuine behind-the-scenes keeper work and getting close-up with wildlife in ways most visitors never experience.

The day combines guided exploration through park habitats (learning about animals that actually live there), exclusive behind-the-scenes access at selected keeper stations (where kids see how daily care, feeding, and health checks happen), and a special Flight Deck presentation featuring birds of prey in action with keeper training demonstrations.
