Hunter Valley Farm Visit

📍 Hunter Farm & Adventure Centre - Pokolbin, Hermitage Road, Pokolbin NSW, Australia

1. Operating Hours: Open 7 days from 9am to 5pm. Pony rides are available on the hour every hour from 10am to 4pm.
2. Car Parking: Ample free parking available.
3. What should I wear: Enclosed shoes are mandatory and we recommend long pants for your comfort.
4. What is provided: Helmet – Australian Standard. Horse and all saddlery necessary to ride a horse.

Hunter Valley Horses Cancellation Policy:

Please understand that we schedule staff and horses based on bookings, so we kindly ask that you avoid last – minute cancellations.

• 72+ Hours’ Notice:

No charges for changes or cancellations.

• 72 – 48 hours’ Notice:

25% of the service fee will be charged.

• 48 – 24 Hours:

50% of the service fee will be charged.

• Less than 24 Hours’ notice / same day cancellations / No shows:

The FULL booking amount will be charged. This includes groups who change their mind on the day.

Weather Cancellations:

• Rides will proceed in light to medium rain. Driza-Bone jackets are available for hire.
• In the event of torrential rain, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone the ride.
• In the event of the temperature exceeding 38 degrees in reference to The Bureau of Meteorology, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone the ride.

In such cases, you will be offered a full refund, credit voucher, or the option to reschedule your ride. If YOU cancel on the day due to weather, the full amount will be charged.
