- Opening Hours: Wednesday to Friday 12pm to 6pm. Saturday & Sunday 10am to 6pm. School Holidays Open 7 days 10am to 6pm.
- Accessibility: The venue has a slanted floor, narrow walkway and a spiral staircase so high level of mobility is required. Unfortunately, it is not wheelchair, pram or walker friendly.
- Car Parking: Enjoy 5 hours free parking per day and free parking after 5pm at Pacific Fair.
- How do I select a Time: Due to small venue capacity, the only way to offer a time slot would be to limit the time inside. To allow visitors to enjoy the attraction and take as many photos as they wish, the time inside is unlimited and therefore do not have the ability to offer a dedicated time slot.

Capacity
- 20 people can be inside the venue at anyone time. We have not reached our daily capacity limit yet. We recommend to arrive earlier to avoid disappointment. Everyone who checks-in using the Virtual Queue will be able to go into the venue – even if we have to stay back! Please be aware that this only applies when there is a longer wait time. Otherwise, the last entry into the venue is 15 minutes before closing time!
Health & Safety
- All rooms and furniture are upside down which may cause the illusion of zero-gravity.
- Some customers may experience some dizziness.
- If you are pregnant and or have severe motion sickness, we recommend that you do not partake in this experience

If you have pre-teens or teens that love posing for photos, this is a fun and unique activity!
If not – it’s a good idea to run over the ‘concept’ of the upside down house & it’s purpose. If you have some team players, you can get some great shots!!
Once we found the location, there was plenty of nearby parking right outside!
I’d recommend this activity if you’re short on time/money OR want to be close other areas E.g. shopping, lunch venue. It’s on the edge of Pacific Fair shopping Centre, which makes the location super convenient!
** This activity could be over-stimulating or inaccessible for some people. There are lots of bright colours, slanted floors, small spaces, many people in the one area & a narrow spiral staircase.
