The Gold Coast is home to the southern hemisphere’s largest constructed canal network with more than 400 kilometres of canals.
Why do we think this is a great family experience? It’s safe, family-friendly, and totally instagrammable! Plus their Danish-designed picnic boats are constructed from fiberglass which uses recycled PET bottles instead of virgin glass and is powered by a state-of-the-art electric motor direct from Germany.

Guidelines, Cancellation, Terms
Pre-Authorisation
- A small pre-authorisation on your credit card (Visa/Mastercard only) or hold $200 on your debit card (or cash). The security deposit is refunded in full when the boat is returned undamaged at the end of your rental.
Cancellation
- Up to 72 hours (3 days) before your booking, cancel with no penalty for a full credit, or a refund*. Between 24-72 hours only, credit will be offered, and catering cannot be cancelled within 48 hours. GoBoat does not accept cancellations within 24 hours of a booking as it is unfair to our crew who’ve been rostered to welcome you, and to other guests who may have wished to book.
