About

A celebration of culture, connection, and community under the full moon.

Step into the magic of the Mid-Autumn Festival at Canberra’s biggest multicultural celebration! The Canberra Moon Festival brings together music, food, and traditions from across Asia, inviting everyone to join in a three-day feast of fun, discovery, and togetherness.

From lively DJ disco nights and dazzling cultural performances to family-friendly rides, games, and mouth-watering food stalls, there’s something for every age and interest. Wander through the festival grounds, soak up the vibrant atmosphere, and share in the joy of harvest and reunion—a tradition that has connected families and communities for centuries.

With more than 35,000 visitors expected, this is more than a festival—it’s a reminder that no matter our backgrounds, we’re all part of one big global family.

Gather your crew and celebrate the Canberra Moon Festival this September—it’s a night (and day) to remember!
