During school holidays the Kids Discovery Program is only available for 4 to 10 year olds.

- Opening Hours: Open Daily. During December to April tours depart regularly from 9.30am – 4pm (4.30pm in peak times or if booked). During May to November tours depart on the hour from 10am to 3pm (4pm tours may be conducted if booked in advance). Closed Christmas Day.
- Car Parking: Available at the Wharf, just 2 minutes away.
- Accessibility: Actively welcomes people with access needs. Offer multiple options for booking – web, email, phone . Offer a range of contact methods for receiving complaints . Accept the Companion Card . Employ people with disability . Ask all visitors if there are any specific needs to be met .
