Refund Policy

EXPERIENCES

  1. In the event of an Experience Provider cancellation or postponement and the customer is no longer able to use the ticket, SPARK POP will provide a full refund or credit to the customer.
  2. You (Customer) may request a FREE exchange of date on an experience up until 48 hours prior to your booking date. Please contact hello@sparkpop.com.au for any change of booking requests.

PAYMENT

Spark Pop accepts Visa, Mastercard and Together Pay. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and include GST.

GIFT CARDS

We will offer an exchange on any full priced gift card within 7 days of purchase.
