How Do Reviews on SPARK POP work?

Reviews are one of the top ways parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles and carers decide if an experience is suitable for their family.

Your ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐rating and a sentence or two offering some insight into the suitability of the activity for you and your family, how you enjoyed, and/or any tips.

BONUS – If you’re the first customer to review an experience you’ll receive the value of the experience tickets in a SPARK POP Gift Card!

How to review on the site: 

Step 1: Sign in to your account.
Step 2: Visit the experience product page
Step 3: Scroll down the page until you reach the REVIEWS heading and click.
Step 4: Enter the rating and your comments and press SUBMIT.

What does BOOK EARLY mean?

If you see the BOOK EARLY icon on the booking panel this means this particular experience is popular or has limited availability. Book ahead to avoid disappointment.

What is Instant Book?

If you see the INSTANT BOOK icon on the booking panel this means you are seeing live availability for the activity and you will receive your ticket within five minutes of your purchase.

What is Min. 24hrs Booking Notice?

A minimum of 48 hours prior to the next available booking day and time is required to check actual availability.

What is Price Match Guarantee?

Our Price Match Guarantee means that we will match genuine advertised price of the same activity or attraction with the activity operator themselves.

From time-to-time activity providers will offer a special price to drive bookings during off-peak periods, we will promote and update where possible. Simply send your request through to hello@sparkpop.com.au

I have a promo CODE how do I use it?

A SPARK POP promo CODE can be redeemed at our checkout. If the experience you are viewing goes to the operators checkout we welcome you to use the GIFT CARD REDEEM experience product to take advantage of your discount code.  Where it says Have a coupon? on the yellow bar at the top, enter on ‘click on here to enter your code’ and enter the code provided in the text box.

How can I/we gift as a group (co-payment)?

TogetherPay allows multiple participants to contribute to your group gift. Share the payments and invite friends directly from our Checkout by selecting TogetherPay as your payment method.

Group gifting is only eligible on products valued $80 + over.

When at Checkout page select Pay with Friends (TogetherPay) which is below Credit Card. Nominate this and select ‘PROCEED TO TOGETHERPAY’ where you will be asked to add your other friends or families mobile number to send the link to add their payment before returning to you to complete.

When will I receive my booking confirmation?

This depends on each individual experience.

  • For experiences with Instant Booking: You will receive your booking confirmation email within 5 minutes for making your booking.

For activities without instant confirmation: You will receive your booking confirmation within 24-48 hours of making your booking.

My child feels unwell, can I change my booking?

Yes you may reschedule your booking to another date if prior to 48 hours of your booking. Within this timeframe you may submit a request as outlined in our Refund Policy

How can I check my booking details?

Either by referring to your booking confirmation or if you created a Spark Pop user profile you can login and go to Orders and view Bookings.

How can I send an E-Gift Card without an email?

When you select an E-Gift Card, set your Delivery Information with your email. Once you receive the email, select Print and select share Share icon Computer Icons Button Safari Web browser, Button transparent  background PNG clipart | HiClipart and select WhatsApp or Messages or FB Messenger.

How long does processing of Gift Card Pack take?

Please allow up to 7 days for the Gift Card Pack to arrive via standard Australia post. Alternatively, you can send a digital eGift Card with the option to include an image and a message which will arrive instantly via email.

What can I do if my SPARK POP Gift Card gets stolen, lost or damaged?

The SPARK POP Gift Card should be treated like cash and kept in a secure place. We unfortunately cannot replace a lost, stolen or damaged card under any circumstances.

How do I check my Gift Card balance?

You can go here to enter your gift card number and check your balance.

How come I can’t see my Gift Card in my inbox?

Please check your spam or other mail categories and if you don’t receive it within one day, email hello@sparkpop.com.au.

How can I redeem my Gift Card balance?

Go to the Gift Card page and enter the code written on your Gift Card or receipt to redeem your card’s balance. Each Gift Card can only be redeemed once.

Can I use the Gift Card balance on top of SPARK POP promo codes?

Yes, you can!

Can I use my Gift Card balance together with other payment methods?

Yes, you can use other payment methods to cover any remaining amount in case your balance is insufficient.

How can I cancel/refund my booking?

You (Customer) may request a refund on an experience up until 48 hours prior to your booking date. This will be directed to the Experience Provider to determine at their discretion based on their standard terms and conditions of sale.
