FAQs
- Opening Hours: Open weekdays 10am to 4pm. Weekends, Public Holidays and School Holidays 9am to 5pm.
- Accessibility: The tracks through Ranger Red’s Zoo & Conservation Park are all paved. In other words, they are wheel chair and walking frame friendly.
- Car Parking: Ample parking on-site.
- What time is it held: Daily from 10:30am – 10:45am
- Dress Code: Enclosed shoes and long shorts or pants are required for all participants.
- What to bring: We recommend bringing a water bottle, raincoat and/or sunscreen depending on the weather. We also suggest bringing along a camera as there will be many photo opportunities.
Guidelines, Cancellation, Terms
- As the majority of the exhibits our outdoors, you should dress for the weather. There will be no refunds or rain checks due to inclement weather, animals resting or animals sleeping, or the closure of any exhibits/animals off display.
- Price does **not** include Zoo admission.
- Please note: This encounter is unfortunately not wheelchair friendly
- On the day of your encounter, an animal encounter booking form will be presented to you with a list of terms and conditions. This form must be signed prior to your encounter.
