Ticket Options

FULL ACCESS = 3 attractions, Unlimited Fun!!

1. Opening Hours:  April 12th – 21st 9am to 4.45pm Last entry at 3pm!
2. What to bring: Socks (preferably grip soles), water bottle (No glass), sunscreen, picnic blanket and some form of shade if needed.(IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED TO WEAR LONG SLEEVES CLOTHING TO AVOID FRICTION BURNS) Please bring your QR Code and signed online waivers, either on your phone or hard copy. Make your way to the ticket office to check in and get your wristbands. You can keep your wristband as a memento.
3. Is there food available: Coffee, ice cream and yummy food available for purchase at our events (availability dependent). You may bring your own food/drinks too. No alcohol is permitted.

Important Ticket Info
Tickets can be purchased at the door, availability dependent. We strongly suggest booking online to avoid disappointment.

Each Toddler ticket includes a parent ticket. Purchase the toddler ticket and an extra wristband will be automatically provided when you check-in at the event.

Only participants entering the actual inflatables need tickets. Spectators can remain on the premises without a ticket as long as they are not entering the games.

Group bookings can include toddlers. Hence,  have in mind the number of toddlers so you make sure you are not overbooking. Tick the checkbox if a group rate ticket correspond to a toddler so we can provide an extra ticket upon check in.

What happens if it rains?
We won’t let wind or light rain stop the fun! For light rain, we recommend you bring a spare set of clothes.

Cancellation Policy
All sales are final, however, bookings can be re-scheduled or cancelled up to 24hs before your booking date. Go to your confirmation email and find “change booking” or “cancel booking” below your booking date and time. Click on it and follow the process to change your booking or to cancel and receive a gift card to rebook at your convenience.

In the case we need to cancel due to bad weather you will automatically receive a gift card to rebook for another day.

Under 5’s require an accompanying parent/carer. (Grab our toddler ticket which includes a parent ticket )
Responsible adults MUST remain within the premises for all minors.
