- Accessibility: Does not cater for people with access needs.
- What time should I arrive: Around 30 minutes before the session you have purchased tickets for and head to our check-in ticketbox.
- Is there a minimum age: All ages are welcome. Toddlers 4 years and under must have an adult with them at all times.
- What should I wear: Bouncing and having this much fun in the outdoors will require some energy. So we suggest you dress in something to keep cool. The only restrictions we have are no shoes and no bare feet on the Monster Jump obstacle course, so please BRING SOCKS.
