Encore Coffee is open every weekday from 7:30 AM to noon, with extended hours during performances and shows. Located in the Piazza, Encore Coffee offers a selection of tea, coffee, soft drinks, and snacks.

- Accessibility: Actively welcomes people with access needs.
- Car Parking: Parking is available at the front and rear of RPAC, accessible from Middle Street. The car park can fill quickly so please allow plenty of time to find a park ahead of your performance start time. On-street parking at the front of RPAC is reverse in only. Additional public parking is available between Doig and Waterloo Streets, about a 100-metre walk from the Centre.
- How early should I arrive for the show: Recommended 40 to 50 minutes before show start times to ensure you find a car park and make your way to the theatre on time. Doors to the RPAC foyer open one hour prior to show commencement. The Sundial Bar is available in the RPAC Concert Hall foyer & Encore Coffee is available in the Piazza. The theatre doors will open no later than 15 to 20 minutes prior to show start times.
- Family Facilities: Baby change facilities are located in the disabled toilets of both RPAC buildings and in the Ladies toilets in the Concert Hall building.
