9. Where Do I Park: Free parking available: Behind the theatre (accessible via Bolsover Street and Quay Lane/off Cambridge Street) Plenty of on-street parking in the area. HOT TIP: Allow extra parking time for popular children’s events—this may fill quickly Accessible parking: 2 spaces in carpark behind theatre (with ramp access to theatre). 2 spaces on Cambridge Street near loading zone (with ramp into theatre)Passenger drop-off zones: Cambridge Street, Quay Lane, and Victoria Parade for easy access.
10. What About Food & Drinks: Bar & Candy Bar (open 60 minutes before show): Beers, wines, pre-mixed drinks, coffee, tea. Sweet and savoury snacks. Soft drinks and water. Pre-order your interval drinks to save time. Vending machines in foyer with cold drinks and snacks. No restaurant on-site, but many restaurants within easy walking distance of the venue (visit explorerockhampton.com.au for local dining options). Important note: Licensed venue—no BYO alcohol permitted.

13. When Should I Arrive: Plan to arrive before 10:10 AM to allow time for parking, getting settled, and being in your seat before the 10:30 AM start. Door staff are on hand to direct you to your allocated seats. Late arrivals may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance.
14. Can I Bring a Pram: Yes, but prams/strollers cannot be stored inside the auditorium or at the end of rows. Our Front-of-House team will securely store your pram outside the auditorium during the performance and return it at the end. Babies can sit on parent’s lap (under 12 months) or you may prefer to arrange childcare if your baby needs the pram for the full show.
15. Is the Theatre Accessible: Yes. Accessible parking is available (see question 9). Ramp access is available into the theatre. Unfortunately, there is no lift to the upper level of the theatre—this is only accessible via stairs. 16. What If I Arrive Late: Late arrivals will be admitted only at an appropriate break in the performance. Front-of-House staff will guide you to available seating to minimise disruption, and you can move to your allocated seats during interval.
17. Can I Leave and Return to My Seat: Re-entry during the performance may be restricted. Front-of-House staff will advise the best time to return to minimise disruption. Good time to use bathrooms or step outside is during interval (if applicable).
18. Is There an Interval: Check the event details on seeitlive.com.au or your pre-event email for interval information. If there is an interval, a call bell and announcement will sound 5 and 2 minutes before the performance recommences.
19. What Are the Dress Standards: No strict dress standards. Smart casual is probably best—comfortable clothes work fine.
