The first level (Green) is nice and low to the ground, giving your child a safe space to build confidence and trust in themselves.
The following levels (Purple & Red) progressively get higher, more challenging and take your child further into the rainforest, giving them an amazing and memorable experience.
The following 2 levels (Blue & Black) are built for older children (ages 5 to 9). These final two levels will push your child out of their comfort zone, building both their confidence and competence for all future challenges.
Each session lasts for 2hrs which includes a 30 minute induction (covering harnessing and a complete overview of the session). Following the safety induction, your child can then complete as many courses as they would like, in the time remaining! You don’t need any experience as our team are there to ensure your child has an amazing time.

Kiosk: open weekends 7.30am until 4pm. Healthy snacks, light meals, pizzas & drinks.

- Opening Hours: 9am – 5pm
- Admission: FREE to access grounds and watch.
- Family Facilities: Microwave available for warming of bottles, ask a staff member for assistance. If weather is fine, bring a picnic blanket and setup along the hill as the big kids take on the TreeTop Challenge.
- Accessibility: The grounds are accessible with a stroller if you wish to follow beneath the course. Some areas are steep, so take care when moving through.
- Car Parking: Ample parking available within the The Big Pineapple precinct.
- Adult Zone: Spectators are welcome to relax and watch from the grounds. Pack a picnic, or pick up a light snack at the desk.
- What to wear: You need to wear enclosed and comfortable sport of hiking shoes, and a comfortable shirt and pants.

At all times, the park is fully supervised by our professional and well-trained team members. The supervisors will provide a fun, safe and unforgettable experience. Please note, we do require parents supervision during the entirety of the session.
