Explore Summer Land Camels’ beautiful grounds as the sunrises with Flinders Peak as your backdrop. On this, one-hour plus long ride, you will see unique Australian animals like kangaroos, birds and if you’re lucky even koalas and other native wildlife. Some riders even report seeing a platypus along the creek banks.
Feel the magic and serenity as you settle into a peaceful ride aboard your gentle ‘camel caravan’, the same mode of transport used by early outback pioneers.

Child Friendly Dining:
Homestead Cafe: Open 9-2pm daily for your country classics with a slight camel twist! If nothing else be sure to try the camel milk gelato before your trip home.
- Guests are required to wear secure, closed-in footwear and we recommend wearing long pants and dressing for cool weather during the winter months.
- Feeding ($3 per bag or 4 bags for $10) and Camel patting enclosure

Guidelines, Cancellation, Terms
- Age (4yrs and over) and weight limits apply (max. 100 kg per person or per double saddle on a camel), please see Terms & Conditions before you book

All guests are required to wear closed-in shoes
- Please note: Two passengers ride each camel in double saddles
- Minimum 2 riders and a total of 10 riders per booking time, with a maximum of 8 adults
- No refunds for late arrivals
- Cancellation policy is 24 hours. If you cancel within 24 hours of the confirmed camel riding time no refund will be provided. Please see our Terms & Conditions
