FAQs
- Opening Hours: Open weekdays 10am to 4pm. Weekends, Public Holidays and School Holidays 9am to 5pm.
- Accessibility: The tracks through Ranger Red’s Zoo & Conservation Park are all paved. In other words, they are wheel chair and walking frame friendly.
- Car Parking: Ample parking on-site.
- What time is it held: Daily from 10:30am – 10:45am
- Dress Code: Enclosed shoes and long shorts or pants are required for all participants.
- What to bring: We recommend bringing a water bottle, raincoat and/or sunscreen depending on the weather. We also suggest bringing along a camera as there will be many photo opportunities.

Terms
- Available to participants who are **6 years** of age and above only.
- Price does **not** include Zoo admission.
Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable. Date changes are permitted up to a maximum of 1 year from the initial purchase date. All date changes must be made a minimum of three (3) days prior to the booked date of the encounter. A no show on the day will result in the animal encounter being forfeited.
