Gingerlatis: A fun day out isn’t complete without gelato from our Gingerlatis! Our Gelati & Dessert Bar offers 18 handmade gelato flavours, churned right here at The Ginger Factory! For some extra indulgence, we have lollies, donuts, shakes and sundaes available every day.

1. Opening Hours: 9am – 5pm. Overboard opens at 9.30am until 4pm. Ginger Train runs 9.30am until 4.30pm.*Subject to change

3. What is included in this ticket: Ginger Train Ride (single ride) + Overboard Boat Ride (single ride)
4. Accessibility: The only attraction that isn’t accessible is our overboard boat ride. We have two wheelchairs on site and you just need to show your personal id to loan one of these.
5. Adult Zone: Spectators are welcome to relax with a coffee and a snack from their café.
6. Family Facilities: Change room, high chair, microwave / bottle warming
7. Car Parking: There is a car park and ample off street parking available.

A child ticket covers visitors from 4 years through to 16 years. Children must be accompanied by a paying adult on tours and rides, children aged 3 years and under are free of charge. A family ticket includes 2 adults and 3 children. A senior ticket is available to any visitor with a valid Seniors Card.
