This June, QPAC and the Cultural Precinct come alive with imagination, creativity, and joyful discovery as Out of the Box Festival returns for kids 8 years and under!
A full-venue takeover across QPAC, the State Library, Queensland Museum and QAGOMA, this iconic festival invites children to be the creators, collaborators, and stars of their own stories.
🧡 This year’s theme? HOPE – a celebration of resilience, wonder and the power of play in shaping our brightest futures.
What’s On:
✨ Bluey Puppetry Workshop – hands-on fun with everyone’s favourite blue pup
🌌 Wolfgang in the Stars – a Circa premiere full of awe and acrobatics
🕺 Let’s Dance! – a giant, family-friendly dance party
🎨 And many more workshops, performances, storytelling & loads of free creative play activities!
