Experience the heart of Brisbane at the Museum of Brisbane! Here, art, culture, and history come to life in ways that are fun and engaging for the whole family.
At the Museum of Brisbane, you’re encouraged to think big, share your ideas, and explore new perspectives. Whether you’re co-creating with artists or discovering contemporary stories, every visit is designed to be memorable and insightful.
The Museum honors the Traditional Custodians of Brisbane—the Yuggara, Turrbal, Jinibara, Quandamooka, and neighboring clan groups—and proudly collaborates with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders, artists, curators, and storytellers to celebrate the rich cultures and histories of First Nations communities.
Dedicated to showcasing Brisbane’s talented artists, designers, writers, and historians, the Museum invites everyone to be part of the creative journey. From artist-in-residence programs to live performances and interactive exhibitions, there’s always something exciting happening.
And don’t miss the chance to join one of the Museum Guides—Brisbane’s best storytellers—for a fascinating tour of City Hall or a trip to the top of the iconic Clock Tower. It’s a day of discovery that the whole family will love!
