1. What time is check-in: 30 minutes prior to departure.
2. Car Parking: Free and ample car parking available on-site.
3. What do I need to bring: Hat, towel, sunscreen, swimmers, warmer clothing for cooler months.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations made by guest prior to departure date will incur a cancellation fee: –

Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice given prior to departure incur 10% Cancellation Fee.

• Cancellations with 24 to 48 hours notice given prior to departure incur 20% Cancellation Fee.
• Cancellation or No Show on day of tour are 100% Non-refundable.
• Cancellations made by 1770 LARC! Tours for unforeseen circumstances are fully refundable less CC fees if applicable. Extenuating circumstances that require 1770 LARC! Tours or guest/s to cancel tours would result in credit vouchers issued for future travel. This policy relates to pandemics including COVID-19 and other extenuating circumstances.
