Koala Conservation Reserve: Get Closer to Australia’s Iconic Wildlife

Step into the heart of Australian bushland at the Koala Conservation Reserve on Phillip Island, just 90 minutes from Melbourne. Wander along elevated treetop boardwalks and come face-to-face with koalas in their natural habitat as they snooze, snack, and showcase their laid-back charm.

Explore beyond the boardwalks to spot native wildlife like wallabies, echidnas, and vibrant birds as they move through the thriving bushland. For budding ecologists, collect and plant a seed from the Native Seed Station to create your own native habitat at home.

Curious about koalas’ lives? Dive into the interactive displays at the visitor centre or chat with knowledgeable rangers to learn more about these adorable tree-dwellers.

This is more than just a wildlife encounter—it’s an opportunity to connect with nature, learn about conservation, and create lasting family memories. Don’t forget your camera to capture the magic.
