LITTLE EXPLORERS WILL BE CAPTIVATED BY MAGICAL STORIES OF THE DREAMING MOUNTAIN, JELLURGAL

Be taken on a journey to a land where time stood still. Where white fingers of sand stretched into the mangroves and the Dreamtime giant, Jabreen, stood guard over Burleigh.

On this culturally rich tour, children will learn about the methods of Aboriginal painting and the symbols and their meanings and create their own masterpiece to take home.

Following this workshop the group will be guided through the gates of Burleigh Head National Park along the shores of Currumbin Creek, where several sites of significance and environmental features have played an important part in the lives of the Yagambeh speaking people for thousands of years.
