Such a great day out for all ages! We attended after a morning of rain showers and some of the park had been closed for the day. Yet there was still alot to do. We accessed the free-flight bird show, reptile displays, koala nursery, animal hospital, prehistoric world, farm-animal patting zoo, Blinky Bill Show & multiple animal enclosures. We attended with a pram & the park is notably accessible & pram friendly! Children are well catered for with sandpits, multiple playgrounds & a splash park. The park also boasts many sensory opportunities, such as providing; Auditory input throughout the prehistoric world. Visual experiences, especially within the nocturnal & farm sections. Tactile stimulation through animal petting & park setup; gates, natural ground, installation of 3D displays such as rocks, dinosaurs, objects etc. Recommendations are to check the weather & wear good walking shoes. If you have a toddler or kids under 10 also pack snacks, water, swimmers/change of clothes, towel.
