Horse Riding Party

The Woodlands difference: Australia’s authentic horse riding experience combining farmland serenity, animal encounters, and breathtaking Melbourne city skyline views—all within 5 minutes of the airport. There’s genuinely no other experience quite like it.

Party includes:

• 45 minutes ground work and riding lesson with instructors
• 45 minutes trail ride through farmlands with city skyline views
• Getting to know your horse/pony from the ground
• Instruction and supervision throughout
• Helmet provided (limited sizes, must meet Australian safety standards)
• Photos/videos taken by instructors (emailed within 48 hours)
• Lockers for belongings

1. Is there a minimum number of guests: 5 guests and a maximum of 15 guests.
2. What is the party duration: 2hours
3. What is the cost: $135 per person
4. When can we host a party: Parties are available on weekends, weekdays during school holiday (all subject to availability).
5. Can I bring food: Bring your own refreshments, snacks and drinks. We can reserve benches in our car park for your perusal 30 minutes before and after the rides.
6. What do guests need to wear: Long pants and covered shoes such as runners/sneakers or boots. Inappropriate clothing will result in forfeit of the session.
7. What is provided: We can provide helmets (limited sizes available). Wearing a current Australian standard safety horse riding helmet is compulsory. If you require a customised helmet for any reason, you will need to advise Woodlands if anything can be arranged, otherwise you will have to provide this yourself. Not being able to wearing a helmet will result in forfeit of the session.
8. When do we need to arrive: 15 minutes prior to session time for check-in to ensure all documents have been signed. Latecomers of more than 15 minutes will result in forfeit of the session.
9. Are photos taken: Instructors will take photos and/or videos and can be downloaded via a link emailed to you automatically after each session within 48 hours
10. Group requirements: No spectators in riding area, no pedestrian walking trail on private farm property. No loose items or phones in pockets during trail ride (lockers available)
11. Does each participant require prior experience: No, horses/ponies allocated by availability, experience, height, weight. Instructors assess competency on the day—session may be adjusted to more ground work if needed for safety.

**IMPORTANT: Details for all participants must be provided within 72 hours of the event to arrange suitable ponies and staffing. For bookings with less than a day or same day bookings, please call ahead to confirm availability (Office Hours: Wednesday-Sunday 8:30am-5:00pm). Public holiday surcharges apply. For larger bookings, details will be required 1-2 weeks prior.

• Custom helmet requests must be discussed in advance
• Cannot participate without helmet = session forfeit
