1. Opening Hours: Spring/Summer
2. Car Parking: There is ample free street parking and a large carpark at the Canberra Glassworks/Old Bus Depot.
3. Where to meet: 8 Trevillian Quay, Kingston ACT 2604. As you walk towards the water on the south side of Trevillian Quay, keep an eye out the GOBOAT banners. Our office is in front of jetties 2 and 3.
4. What do I need to bring: You are welcome to bring your own food and beverage taking advantage of the large table in the middle of the boat that makes it easy to eat, and we all know the best social activities involve food! Catering is available for pre-ordering. 

Pre-Authorisation

• A small pre-authorisation on your credit card (Visa/Mastercard only) or hold $200 on your debit card (or cash). The security deposit is refunded in full when the boat is returned undamaged at the end of your rental.

Cancellation

• Up to 72 hours (3 days) before your booking, cancel with no penalty for a full credit, or a refund*. Between 24-72 hours only, credit will be offered, and catering cannot be cancelled within 48 hours. GoBoat does not accept cancellations within 24 hours of a booking as it is unfair to our crew who’ve been rostered to welcome you, and to other guests who may have wished to book.
