1. When is it on: Daily at 1.00pm – duration 1 hour
2. What is included: General Entry to the sanctuary is included in this tour ticket, so visitors are welcome to wander the sanctuary at their leisure before and after the tour.
3. What to Bring: Warm clothes, wet weather clothing, enclosed shoes.
4. Accessibility: Wheelchair access is via reception to our main viewing deck or utilising a side gate leading directly into the sanctuary grounds. Please note that there is uneven ground, steps, natural woodchip paths, platforms and compacted gravel throughout the sanctuary. Not all parts of the sanctuary are accessible to wheelchairs, however our staff and tours are flexible and can accommodate most requests with prior organisation. Disabled toilets are available at the sanctuary.

BOOKING TERMS: Cancellations more than 24 hours prior to the tour start time will be eligible for a refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour commencement, or in the event of a no show for a tour or experience, are ineligible for a refund. Please read all terms & conditions prior to booking.
