RIDER REQUIREMENTS
- Recommended Age: 12 years and over, “””please contact us prior to booking if you have children under 12 years.
- Recommended weight under 120 kg ***please contact us prior to booking if you do not meet the recommended weight range.
- Guests under 18 years of age must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian.
- Not recommended for guests with some mobility or motor control issues. If you are concerned about mobility issues please call us to discuss. We want every rider to have a safe tour.
- Be able to easily and quickly step on and off the Segway without assistance, which requires physical abilities similar to climbing and descending stairs without any assistance or use of a handrail.
- Kangaroo Segway Tours has a strict policy against alcohol consumption and Segway operation. Alcohol is forbidden on all Segway tours and any client suspected of drinking before or during a Segway tour will immediately forfeit their tour and no refund will be given.
- Helmets are provided and required (you can bring your own helmets if they meet Australian Helmet Standards).
- No thongs, flip-flops, open-toe sandals, or high heels.
