- Opening Hours: Open daily from 12pm to 9pm, last entry 8:30pm Public holidays from 12pm to 9pm, last entry 8:30pm
- Parking: Parking is available directly beneath Melbourne Skydeck in the Wilson Carpark*. Wilson Parking Eureka Tower is located at 70 City Road, Southbank, the car park is accessed from the corner of City Road and Southgate Avenue, right after the 7-Eleven. Discounted flat-rate parking is available for all guests of Melbourne Skydeck and Eureka 89. Monday – Friday (entry prior to 4:00pm): $13.00* Monday – Friday (entry after 4:00pm): $6.00* Weekends: $11.00*.
- When should I arrive: Guests are welcome to arrive from 12pm until last entry for General Admission tickets.
- Accessibility: Yes, Melbourne Skydeck is wheelchair friendly. Our experiences including, VR Voyager Theatre, Edge Experience and VR Plank are also wheelchair accessible.
- Family Friendly Facilities: Baby change table, kids menu, and pram access.
