Aboriginal Astronomy Night Gift
- Museums + Galleries
$32 – $50Child
A night of discovery uncovering the stories of the night sky and the creation of earth by the ancestor spirits.
The Aboriginals believed that the entire world was made by their Ancestors way back in the very beginning of time, the Dreamtime. Gather the family for this unique experience where you will hear the stories of how earth was created by Dr Noel Nannup and other Nannup family members.
Following storytelling the Indigenous constellations will then be showcased during a laser guided tour of the night sky, before moving onward to the observatory to gaze at the stars.
