By purchasing, redeeming or attempting to redeem a Gift Card, you accept and agree to be bound by SPARK POP Gift Card Terms and Conditions below.

SPARK POP reserves the right to make changes to these terms at any time, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Our most current terms and conditions are displayed on this website, and by continuing to use and access sparkpop.com.au, you agree to be bound by the most current terms and conditions applicable at the time of your use, including any variations to the terms and conditions since the last time you accessed them.

A SPARK POP Gift Card or E-Gift card may be applied toward any item available for Gift Card Redemption made at www.sparkpop.com.au.

1. A gift card is redeemable for any experience listed with this icon.
2. A gift card is not redeemable for cash.
3. After a redemption is made, any remaining value is stored on the gift card for future use.
4. The gift card is valid for three years from date of purchase.
5. The gift card will be void and may not be redeemed after expiry date.
6. Purchases exceeding the available balance will require the difference paid by other payment method.
7. The gift card is not exchangeable for cash or replaced if lost or stolen.
8. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
