This is a proper high tea experience: ribbon sandwiches, fresh-baked scones with jam and cream, sweet slices, and pots of tea or hot chocolate. It feels sophisticated and grown-up, which is exactly what this age group craves, while still being genuinely fun with friends.

The format naturally encourages conversation and connection—there's something about a shared pot of tea that gets kids talking differently than when they're running around. It's a lovely way to mark their birthday as they navigate that in-between stage.

Is there a minimum number of guests: 8 guests
What is the party duration: 1 hour for seating and service.
What is the cost: Add cupcake decorating for $5 per child if you want a hands-on activity. Other entertainment such as Facepainting, balloon magic can be arranged with 2-3 weeks notice.
Is there a host: No host is provided, so you’ll need to stay onsite.
Are parents welcome: Yes, parents are welcome to relax on the verandah with coffee or join in with your own high tea booking.
Are dietary requirements catered for: Yes, a Gluten Free or Dairy Free option is available for $20pp
Family Facilities: Baby change table, parents room onsite with power points and a microwave.

Terms and Conditions

A completed pre-authorisation is required to confirm bookings which allows for payment to be made on the day for your final confirmed numbers. Final numbers are due 72 hours prior to your booked date and these are the minimum numbers to be paid for on the day.

*A minimum of two days notice is required for any dietary requirements. Please note that Devon Pixies is a mixed use kitchen and cannot guarantee an allergen free product

** All parents that wish to stay are welcome to relax on the verandah with a coffee / tea / light snack or book a high tea for themselves.
