Kickstart your weekend with a visit to the historic Willunga Farmers Market a vibrant gathering of growers, producers, and local families on the spacious grounds of Willunga High School. Rain, hail, or shine, this community treasure invites you to soak up the sun, enjoy seasonal flavors, and support the Fleurieu Peninsula's freshest offerings.

Wander through more than 60 stalls overflowing with fresh fruit and veg, artisan bread, cheese, jams, coffee, flowers, and even local wine and cider. Under the theme “meet the grower, taste the region,” kids can sample sweet fruits and parents can chat one-on-one with the people who grew them. With live workshops, buskers, breakfast bites, and a lively, relaxed vibe—every visit is its own mini adventure.

More than just shopping it’s a living celebration of food, connection, and local culture. Built on community spirit, it’s where families explore new tastes, make new friends, and strengthen the threads that keep rural life flourishing one basket at a time.
