1. Where is pick up from: Melbourne’s free tram network makes getting to/from our pickup locations easy, below are our pickup locations;

• Mercure Melbourne Southbank – 9 Riverside Quay, Southbank
• Regent Theatre – 191 Collins St
• Her Majesty’s Theatre – 219 Exhibition St
• Mail Exchange Hotel – 688 Bourke StYou can select your pickup location during the booking process, any changes to your pickup location need to made at least 48 hours prior to your tour departure. To ensure a seamless experience, please plan to arrive about 10 minutes before your scheduled departure time.

2. What’s included: All park entry fee to Lake Mountain, friendly and informative guide, transport to/from Melbourne in a modern bus
3. What’s not included:  Lunch is available to purchase on the day at a local cafe, coffee, tea or beverages are available to purchase from a local cafe. Toboganning hire (Available to hire at Lake Mountain). Snow clothing (Available to hire at Lake Mountain)
4. What should I bring: To get the most out of your tour, we recommend bringing refillable water bottle, sunscreen, comfortable walking shoes, all-weather warm clothing for cold conditions (Hat, gloves and warm jacket), money for snacks and meals, ID to hire snow equipment, camera to capture unforgettable moments.

RESCHEDULING

You can make changes to your day tour booking at no extra cost up to 48 hours before departure.

CANCELLATION

Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will result in a 100% forfeiture of the tour fare.
