Opening Hours: Daily 9.30am to 5pm. Day Keeper Tours Operating daily 10.30am & 3.00pm – duration approx. 45 minutes.
Car Parking: Ample on-site parking.
Accessibility: Wheelchair access is via reception to our main viewing deck or utilising a side gate leading directly into the sanctuary grounds.
Please note that there is uneven ground, steps, natural woodchip paths, platforms and compacted gravel throughout the sanctuary.
Not all parts of the sanctuary are accessible to wheelchairs, however our staff and tours are flexible and can accommodate most requests with prior organisation.
What is included: General Entry to the sanctuary is included with this tour ticket. Visitors are welcome to wander the sanctuary at their leisure between 9:30am-5pm (within 24 hours of their evening tour) and can also join one of our Day Keeper Tours.

Children 3 and under are free of charge. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
