FAQs
- What time does the event start: 3:00pm for all programming and stalls. The event concludes at 7:00pm
- Car Parking: Parking is limited and you are encouraged to travel green and leave the car at home. If you do drive, we ask that you adhere to any parking restrictions.
- Is food and drink available to buy: Food and drinks will be available from various stallholders. Kellerman’s Café at the Annette Kellerman Pool will also be open until 5pm.
- Can I bring my dog: You can, but we ask that they remain on a leash in all areas of the event and under control at all times, especially with young children around. Please be mindful that the area does get quite crowded.
- Can I bring my own chair: Yes! This event is picnic-style so bring a rug or low chair to enjoy the performances and food offerings on site.
- Accessibility: There is an accessible drop off point at the Southern edge of the park on Victoria Rd. There are paved paths available through the park, and accessible matting leading to the performance and workshop areas.
We will have noise cancelling headphones available at the stage Front of House operations tent which you can borrow. Please ask for our friendly stage manager for assistance. If you know you will require headphones on the day, please email events@innerwest.nsw.gov.au.
We will also have Sensory tents set up on the day for anyone with sensory needs. Please see our friendly staff for assistance. If you think that you may make use of these spaces at the event, please email us at events@innerwest.nsw.gov.au. Spaces are drop-in, and subject to availability.
