- Car Parking: The Wilsons South Wharf Retail car park at the DFO is the closest carpark when visiting THE LUME Melbourne and is accessible via Convention Centre Place, off Lorimer Drive. Please ask our staff for a discount voucher for this car park as you exit THE LUME.
- When should I arrive: Arrive at least 2 hours prior to closing time to explore the entire experience.
- Family Facilities: Baby change facilities are available inside the venue. A dedicated parents room is located near the MCEC Customer Service Desk.
- Accessibility: THE LUME Melbourne is committed to being accessible to all visitors and has many accessible features including accessible toilets, a lift to the gallery’s mezzanine space and augmented hearing sets. Download social story here.
