Mornington Waterbike Tour

2. What do I need to bring: Water, comfortable clothing to suit weather conditions, hat, sunglasses.
3. Where to meet: The Mornington Tour departs and concludes from Mother’s Beach, Mornington and 5min walk from Main Street.
4. When should I arrive: Please sign the e-waivers prior to check-in and arrive 15 minutes prior to the departure time. You will be fitted with lifejackets before boarding for departure.
5. Do I need to have experience: No way, the waterbike is suitable for all people of all ages an does not require any special physical preparation or require specific skill.

Health & Safety Requirements

Both models, Up and Rec, are suitable to a wide range of heights from a child of 135cm (4.4ft) to and adult 198cm (6.5fr).

The maximum recommended weight of the user is 120kg (265lbs).   In fact the waterbike can handle more weight than that but we put a safety margin for a comfortable and safe ride.

Cancellations

Customers will receive a full refund with 24 hours’ notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or enquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
