1. How many guests are required for a party: a minimum of 7 is required.
2. Accessibility: the exhibit is wheelchair accessible; however, due to the nature of the experience some parts of this experience may be less suited to customers with physical access requirements
3. Do I need to bring anything: 🧦 Please bear in mind that socks need to be worn in the bubble bath
4. How can I book: Birthdays must be booked via the website and cannot be booked via email.
5. What does a party include: The purchase of birthday tickets includes 30 minutes in the party room. Your Birthday room is booked for you at the time you selected. The earliest you can be admitted is 30 minutes prior to your booked time. The room capacity is 20 people.  The room comes with Happy Birthday banners and tablecloths, napkins, forks, plates for cake and soft drinks. For children under age 3 or whomever prefers it, we can switch the soft drinks for juice.
6. What happens when I arrive: When you arrive, please advise the Box Office you are here for a party and your coordinator will arrive to assist you. During the party, a coordinator will be assigned to ensure you receive access to the room and your tickets.
7. Can I bring my own decorations: Yes, you are welcome to bring your own decorations; however, we do not permit any tape on the walls. With an iPhone or Android phone you are welcome to play your own music in the party room.
8. Can I bring cake: You are welcome to bring in your own cake. If you prefer, you can always order the cake to the venue – please give them “Bubble Planet Experience” with the address Paddington Pavilion- Sydney Olympic Park, 2127 to ensure there are no issues with your delivery.
9. How does the timings of the party run: In order to offer the best experience during your visit, the 30 minutes in the party room start your visit and your party guests visit the exhibition following the time in the party room. As the exhibition is self-guided, this helps you avoid searching for your party guests to round them up to return to the room in time for cake and soft drinks. At the conclusion of the room time, you will receive your tickets to enter the experience.

1. All guests must have a ticket (unless they are aged 2 years old or under). This includes entry to the party room. Tickets are non-refundable.
